- We must have access to the site! Access requirements vary depending on building type. Contact us for more information.

- If purchasing a fully assembled building, access to the area is crucial for a pleasant delivery for you. (The delivery driving needs to be able to access the area with a fully assembled unit)

- The customer is responsible for determining ground conditions prior to delivery. (Delivery is not advised if ground is soft or wet)

- May want to mow the area so your building does not settle on tall grass.

- We deserve the right to reschedule delivery if the ground is not adequate for safe, non-destructive delivery.

- The customer is responsible for identifying any underground sewer or water lines that may be damaged upon delivery.

- The customer is responsible for any damage to yard or driveway etc.

- The customer is responsible for any HOA requirements and/or obtain permits.

- We require an additional 4' of width & 4' height clearance.

- We don't set units on any raised platforms or piers.

Steel Frame Buildings:

- For Star Buildings & Carports, we recommend being within level tolerance of 1-3" for installation & all concrete pads be poured 2" wider on all sides.

- For a metal garage, we recommend a concrete foundation although it can be installed on dirt, asphalt, roadbase, or gravel.

- If building is fully enclosed, must be level.

Wood Frame Buildings:

- For sheds, we recommend level gravel or concrete slab for 14' x 16' to reduce settling in the furture.

- For factory built & deliverd sheds we recommend leveling with cement blocks up to 12" from ground (provided by customer, options available here)

- For built on site sheds & wooden outbuildings, concrete blocks are included with purchase.

- For built on site sheds & factory built wood frame sheds, site must be level 3"-6" across all demensions.
